• Open Notepad.
• Copy and paste the following code

Set speech=CreateObject(“sapi.spvoice”)
speech.Speak speaks

• You can Replace Hacksworld99 with whatever you want.
• Save the file  as xyz.vbs (any name).
• Copy and paste the file to

For Windows 7 and Windows Vista
